Born out of our own need to acquire a large number of prime domains for our brands and businesses, the only financially viable option was to go to the source and become a domain trader.
At domaintastic.com, we developed a multistaged process of AI‑powered scanning and evaluation of internet domains for auction. Which is followed by an arduous human‑powered preselection and judicious procurement. Because this process is arduous, has value and we took away a lot of our pain points in domain purchasing - we decided to offer it as a service.
When we noticed that sometimes domains appeared for an instant in auctions, that are vital for their respective stakeholders - we faced the decision of "what to do?". As an idealistic company, we could not just stand idly by and watch, when help was needed – hence the decision: TO HELP.
DOMAIN STEWARDSHIP
RescueDomain & DomainRestitution is a domain stewardship portfolio, we secure internet domains through emergency acquisition to temporarily protect them from third-party access and to grant the legitimate stakeholders appropriate access.
With our SacredDomains and DangerousDomains portfolio, we extended the domain stewardship to domains we deem too sacred or too dangerous to float around the internet unattended.

The CEO & founder Dr. Mathias Stockinger is an active prehospital emergency doctor, highly decorated military doctor, entrepreneur, thinker, author, designer, film director, photographer, programer, mechanical engineer, multimillionaire and multilingual - speaks German, English, Japanese and Italian. He won the TV-show "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire", held political office as representative in the Upper Austrian Chamber of Doctors and was a managing board member of a billion euro welfare and pension fund.
